What order do they appear in?

Why are there black bars?
Because the picture does not match the frame exactly. Fitting keeps the whole image; cropping would remove part of it.
Can I add music?
Use the "add music" tool on the result — it swaps the audio without re-encoding the picture.
How long can each picture stay?
1, 2, 3 or 5 seconds. The total length is shown before you start.
Is there a limit on how many pictures?
None is set. More pictures simply means a longer video and a longer wait.
