The box covers the same spot for the whole clip. Blur radius scales with the box, because a heavy blur on a small area turns it into a single flat patch that no longer reads as censorship.

Does the box follow a moving face?
No. It stays where you put it. Tracking a subject is a timeline feature — the full editor does it with keyframes.
Is the blur reversible?
No. The blurred pixels are re-encoded into the output; the original detail is not in the file any more.
Can I blur more than one area?
One box per pass here. Run it twice for two areas.
Does it slow things down a lot?
Every frame is redrawn, so it takes roughly as long as the clip. Trimming first is the fastest way to speed it up.
Is the sound kept?
Yes, the original audio is carried over.
